We charge a $99 diagnostic fee, which is fully credited toward your repair cost if you proceed. You only pay the diagnostic fee if you choose not to go ahead with the repair.
Yes. All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we’ll fix it at no extra charge.
Yes. Our licensed technicians are trained to repair all major appliance brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, GE, Maytag, and more across all models.
No. We come to you. Master Appliance provides in home repair service throughout Central Ontario so you never have to move your appliance.
We always attempt the repair first. We only recommend replacement if the repair cost exceeds the value of the appliance or if parts are no longer available and we’ll always be upfront with you before proceeding.
